The US did not ratify protocols 1 and 2 dealing with victims of int’l conflict. Israel ratified only the fourth convention and no protocols but claims it doesn’t apply to Gaza or West Bank.
So the Geneva Convention is pretty much a moot point in this debacle.
Yes, Freeq O', its high time that backbone is seen by so called Leaders, and US and Israel are sanctioned, as they regularly behave like spoilt over protected children.
